Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring logistics.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely updates.
- Assist in sourcing and pre-screening candidates when needed.
- Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records.
- Support onboarding by preparing schedules, documentation, and orientation materials.
- Monitor staffing levels, new hire placements, and coordinate schedules to align with department needs.
- Generate reports on recruiting activity, time-to-fill, and staffing metrics.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to anticipate and plan for future staffing needs.
- Assist with various recruiting events and community initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR support.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
