Position Summary:
We’re seeking an Entry-Level Alignment Specialist Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, dependable, and committed to delivering top-quality workmanship. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians to perform precision wheel alignments, suspension repairs, and related maintenance services on a wide range of vehicles and fleet equipment.
Responsibilities:
Perform wheel alignments and suspension inspections according to company and manufacturer standards.
Drive vehicles onto alignment racks, test for faulty alignment, bent axles, worn ball joints, and steering components.
Adjust or replace suspension and steering parts such as tie rods, shims, and joining pins to ensure proper alignment.
Balance wheels using appropriate equipment and install counterweights as needed.
Install or replace shocks, struts, and related components.
Operate frame-straightening and alignment tools (hydraulic jack, chassis aligner, etc.) safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety procedures.
Participate in training opportunities and assist with other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Basic mechanical knowledge or experience preferred (automotive, truck, or equipment maintenance).
Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn alignment and suspension systems.
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
